Little Teagan Videos

The girls and I went through all of our home videos last night and I found these. I had totally forgotten about them. You have to admit that she was a cute chubby baby with crazy hair. I used our old camera to capture these moments so they don't have any sound. I'm sure there was probably some sweet little babbling that wasn't recorded.

Little Jexers

Introducing Jex Vaughn Durfee, ain't he adorable? He has so much hair. It takes me back to the early Teagan days. I have to soak him all up before they leave the hospital because I don't know how often I'll see them after that. At least I got pictures, phew!

Morgan? Is That You?

Morgan wanted me to paint a picture of her and I thought I would give it a try and see how it went. Ironically, she doesn't like it because I didn't paint her posing pretty with her chin down and her head cocked to the side. Doesn't that sound like Morgan? Ha ha, oh well.

A Hungry, Hungry Hippo

Sandon has lost weight! It turns out that I have been slowly starving the kid and I didn't even know it. Talk about GUILT! And then I got over it and bought some formula. He's eating like a hippo now and hopefully will put on some fat. I have to take him back in to be weighed in two weeks. In hindsight, this episode explains a lot of things, like why he's been so cranky the last few weeks. And Dr. Kathy thinks that this is why he's been so clingy. I was the food source and he was hungry all of the time. Dave and I saw almost immediate results after his first bottle. He was so smiley and happy and then he fell asleep for a long time. He even slept through Tepanyaki fire. Phew! Good thing I took him in.

Happy St. Patricks Day

From me and the girls. I hope you are wearing green so you won't get pinched. Or orange for that matter. Leave it to the red-headed, 6th grade teacher, Mrs. Robinson to create awareness for the Irish.

I made green rice crispys for Dave to take to work, aren't they beautiful? All most too good-looking to eat...;P

Morgan really enjoyed cleaning up afterwards.

Curly Girly Hair

I just wanted to see what would happen... I tried the sponge curling thing on my girls hair last night and a wave of nostalgia come over me. I remember sitting in front of the TV while my mom spent atleast 20 minutes (it felt like forever) putting curlers in my hair. Ah... good times. Anyway, here are some before and after pictures. I love the way Teagan's hair came out, and she did so good while I put the curlers in. I'll probably do her hair like this many times more. But Morgan was such a pill and she has so much hair that I won't do it as often for her. Besides, she doesn't like it curly.

Well, It's Been A While

Finally, something exciting enough to write about. BreAnna's shower! Actually, it was a pretty intimate gathering of friends and family but still a lot of fun. Picture #1, The Spread. Not too heavy, yet filling and refreshing.Picture #2, Guest of Honor. BreAnna Dawn and fetus, Adelaide.

Picture #3, The Gifts. Gotta love free stuff!

Picture #4, 5, and 6, Guests. Pretty much everybody is family. (some don't like to have their pictures taken)
