I came home from a fun filled night of ice cream, caramel and family fun to find that my husband had taken my kids to get a surprise. They've been asking for a pet for some
time and Dave has finally granted their wishes by letting them get a couple of goldfish. They are pretty cute, for goldfish. Morgan picked out the treasure chest and Teagan picked out the pirate skull. As Teag would say herself, "Can you believe it?". Morgan officially named the orange-nosed fish 
Rachael and the white-nosed fish Cookie. Everybody come over some time and welcome them to the family.

Dave is a pretty smart guy to pick fish as a "pet". LOL. They don't smell (as long as you keep the tank clean), they don't bark (well I hope not anyway), they don't shed, and they are cheap. Plus, when they die all it takes is a flush. LOL. Smart. ;)

Woa lucky...I had to wait until I was like 10 to have one fish!
